Mike Russell
6' 3", 235 lbs.

Michael's sense of community and country prompted him to join the US Army after graduting from California State University. He has served his country here and abroad, first in the infantry, then later as a Green Beret in the Special Forces. Leaving service in the military has not diminished his sense of community, and he describes becoming a firefighter as "a perfect fit," that offers challenge, excitement and satisfaction.
